We are absolutely blown away to announce that Neon Cow Drink Bar LLC has been named a TOP 3 FINALIST for Best New Business in the Best of Springfield 2026 contest! 🤠✨

Today, the Neon Cow is a little quieter. 💔
✨ We’re heartbroken over the passing of Dolly Parton, a true legend whose music, kindness, strength, and big heart touched so many lives.

Dolly has always been a little bit of that Neon Cow spirit — bold, beautiful, hardworking, kind, and unapologetically herself. 💕🤠🌵

So tomorrow, we’re raising a glass in her honor with one of our favorites:
