Have you tried our chicken eggs 🐓

All of our eggs are small batch collections, meaning we don’t collect a lot, but what we have are high quality and ethically sourced with careful selection. You can taste our difference.

We have 5 different breeds of chicken:
Welsummer
Brown leghorn
Buff Orpington
Barred Plymouth Rock
Isa Brown

Some of our layers have eggs almost as big as our ducks!

It’s pollen patty time!

Bees are coming out of winter mode and into spring meaning they need more nutrients! Pollen patties are nutritional supplements used to boost honey bee colonies during pollen dearths, stimulate early spring brood rearing, and build population strength for winter.

Both of our hives have started receiving pollen patties this week to jump start our colonies for a productive Spring!

During this weeks check we actually got into the hives (didn’t just feed or make sure they were alive) and saw honey stores already beginning, bee bread already filling up honeycomb, and both queens!!

To say we were relieved is an understatement!

Both JV and Varsity are bustling around and look to be where they should be for this time of year 🤗
