🏃🙌🏻Last weekend was a marathon, no - scratch that. It was a 2 day SPRINT to the finish line at the inaugural Carnivore Carnival in Platte City. We had a great time. It was a crazy weekend!

Friday - 🥉3rd Margarita (shout out to Cesar’s Old Mexico barrel pick Dobel Blanco Tequila - available for purchase at the restaurant- FANTASTIC TEQUILA), 🥉3rd Turkey (Nick made a Kentucky Hot Brown), 6th jackpot steak
Saturday - 🥇1st Chicken, 🏅5th Turkey in KCBS. 🥇1st Ribs in Rib Cook Off Association

The long wait is over. ‼️ Nick’s MO BBQ CO Super Savory Beef Rub is now available‼️ You may remember this fantastic savory rub. Same amazing flavor with a new name and label. This rub is so ➡️ versatile ⬅️. We use it on beef, pork, fish, potatoes, vegetables and it’s the “secret” ingredient in our gravy for biscuits and gravy. It’s a must!

🤯If you put the new recipe of mobbqco Ribeye Reserve rub in the hands of scaworldchamp_ouverson_davis, well, just sit back and watch what happens! She’s the champ of all champs! Took 1st 🥇 place in both steaks‼️🤯.

🎯🔥CLEAN SWEEP🔥🎯 Team Pits N Grills cleaned up nicely at Buds, Blues & BBQ in Columbia, Mo last night. Two 1st place, Two 2nd place and 3 Golden Tickets to the World Steak Championship!

Steak A - 1st Marissa, Mark Steele 7th with a golden ticket, Brett 8th!
Steak B - Marissa 1st, Brett Davis 2nd with a golden ticket (handed down by his bride), Mark Steele 8th and Nick 10th
Jackpot Steak - Nick 2nd and Clayton Bowyer 9th
Appetizer - Clayton Bowyer 1st, Nick 2nd with a golden ticket!

Stay tuned for the release of the Ribeye Reserve in about a month. We don’t even have it on the shelves yet and it’s already a winner!

Had a great comp this weekend in Collinsville, Il.
Steak Cookoff Association:
Brought home a Golden Ticket to the World Steak Cook off with a 1st place steak A.
6th place on steak B. 6th pork steak. Used our MO BBQ CO poultry brine and competition pork and poultry rub for a 7th place win in chicken. Stayed tuned. We will have the brine in store and online very soon!

Brought home a Golden Ticket to the World Steak Cook off with a 1st place steak A.

KCBS BBQ Comp:
Our soon to be released MO BBQ CO poultry brine paired with our MO BBQ CO Competition Pork and Poultry rub got us another walk in chicken this weekend for 7th place.
