🌱 Farm Journal #1: Things They Don't Tell You About Starting a Farm 🌱

So... we decided to start a family farm.

Nobody warned us we'd spend so much time staring at tiny plants saying...

👀 "I think they're taller than yesterday."

Or celebrating because a tray germinated like we just won the lottery. 😂

Truth be told...

Starting Whiskey Creek Junction has been full of learning, a few mistakes, plenty of coffee, and more excitement than we ever expected.

Every tray teaches us something new.

Every harvest reminds us why we started.

"We're not chasing perfect... we're chasing better."

We're simply trying to grow fresh, quality food that we're proud to share with our community.
