We are preparing for a big snowstorm in Oklahoma this weekend. Local weatherman says “stay inside, frigid temps, historic snowfall, blizzard conditions.”

Farmers, ranchers, livestock families everywhere…
hear something different.

They hear feed time.
They hear frozen water to bust.
They hear stalls to bed, calves to check, gates to latch, and animals counting on them.

One day it’s sunny and warm, and the next there’s a snowstorm. That’s the rancher lifestyle there are no off days, no clocking out. These cows rely on us the most during the toughest weather, and we show up every single time.

Did you know? Raising cattle takes far more time and dedication compared to other livestock:

• Cows: 18–24 months
• Pigs: 5.5–7 months
• Chickens: 6–8 weeks

A rancher’s work doesn’t stop for the cold, the wind, or the snow. It’s long days, early mornings, and caring for the cows that feed families. The best part is we love this lifestyle.
