I wanted to share some exciting news with you! Our family, along with our Small Business Genesis Gardens STL microgreens, will be traveling to Battle Creek, Michigan on October 15th, to join food activist Vani Hari, also known as and a powerful coalition of prominent health leaders, doctors, food activists, and elected officials, in delivering over 215,000 petition signatures to Kellogg’s Headquarters. This petition urges Kellogg’s to remove artificial colors and BHT from all their cereals—a move that would bring their ingredients in the U.S. in line with the healthier standards they already use overseas.
This is the biggest grassroots movement ever to hold an American food company accountable for using ingredients that have been banned or restricted in other countries. We are proud to be part of this important moment, and we want to invite you to join the movement and help spread the word.
