3D FENCE

Lots of updates to the Blueberry patch. The deer were taking too much interest in what we are doing, so we invoked plan DRA-236. DRA-236 (Deer Reducer Act) involved installing 1000 feet of 8 foot high tensile poly fence on the South and East portion of the berry field which is permanent. To the front and west side of the field we installed an electrified 3 D deer fence. This fence allows us to open and close the field for equipment access for things such as mulch deliveries, mowing etc.

It's been some time in coming but we started putting in our 8 foot deer fence today. The blueberries were planted 3 years ago and we are no putting out the Unwelcome mat to our furry neighbors.
