I remember making this video almost 5 years ago for a large Corporation, who so generously blessed CC’s. I was supper nervous, because if you know me, you know I don’t like the “SPOTLIGHT”! I love being behind the scene. This was probably take number 50. Hahahaha

Who remembers our Broccoli Cheddar Soup in a Bread Bowl?? Oh my goodness, it was the start of me gaining weight. After running a restaurant all day from the front of the house to the back of the house with little help and then getting home around 11:00pm, taking a shower and sitting down to finally eat…

You know what they say; a moment on your lips a lifetime on your hips!! Good Times!
