🔥 Foodies Eat First Fest just hits different 🔥
Located at the old St. Louis Post-Dispatch printing room - this festival is officially BIGGER AND BETTER than ever! 🙌🏭
First stop I ran straight into Isabella Kraus | STL food & lifestyle and we cheered to good health and tasty treats 🥂 She had the famous pastrami from Katz’s Deli while I went for that pepperoni from NICKY SLICES 🍕
Here are some of the new spots we tried:
🍗 Gourmet Soul came through with crispy wings, that crazy textured mac n cheese, and candied yams Gourmet Soul Restaurant and Catering
🥪 Barcelona Tapas sandwich with that vinegar + cilantro-lime sauce? Instant favorite Barcelona Tapas - Saint Louis
🦆 The Blue Duck’s Duck Fat Fried Rice with gochujang pepper jelly… now I’m obsessed The Blue Duck-Maplewood
🔥 Maci’s Prime BBQ outside was the absolute highlight of the whole day — juicy smoked turkey, thick perfectly textured wagyu brisket, tender flank steak, and pork belly that melts in your mouth. Some of the best BBQ I’ve had, period 👏 Joseph Randazzo
🧁 Amy’s Cake Pop Shop - birthday cake in a cup… pure happiness Amy Gamlin
🌭 Dirty Doggs with that frosty, almost cake-like hot dog - very delicious Dirty Dogz Hot Dogs
🌶️ Taste of Jack’s spicy chicken habanero slider + those spicy mushroom nachos Taste of Jack’s®️
🧇 Waffle Boss’ Fire Waffle (they’re at Soulard Farmer’s Market) — dense, filling, and so good Waffle Boss

🥃 Una Vida handing out samples of their local tequila Una Vida Tequila ®️
❤️ And even though I missed them this time… Sister Cities still has my heart. That Cajun food is elite Sister Cities
