🍜🔥 Wok Thai & Crafted Rolls – Chesterfield 🔥🍣

Who knew Chesterfield was serving up legit Thai heat like this?! 😍



We crushed happy hour at Wok Thai and it was an absolute vibe! 🍻

Started strong with: • Salted Edamame 🌱 (perfectly seasoned!) • Crispy Crab Rangoon 🦀 (that sweet-spicy dip tho 😮‍💨) • House Special Crabmeat Salad 🥗 (bold, spicy, full of character!)
Washed it down with cold draught beer 🍺 and a Bangkok Mai Tai 🍹 — tropical perfection!

Mains were FIRE:
• Red Curry Chicken (Level 5 spice 🔥🔥🔥) — rich coconut broth that brought the HEAT! They even hooked me up with extra spice on the side 💪
• Classic Pad Thai 🍝 — peanuts, perfectly balanced sauce. A must-order!

Sushi game was elite too: Bali Roll, Triple Crown & the famous Chesterfield Roll 🌯 Fresh, creative, and delicious AF!

Shoutout for the warm Thai Sato too — real hospitality all night! 🥂

Ended with refreshing Mango Custard 🥭✨

🔥🍖 Bogarts Smokehouse in Soulard is NEXT LEVEL BBQ! 😍

Hey guys, it’s Ryan! 🚀 In episode 3 of my mission to try every restaurant in Soulard, I finally hit up Bogarts Smokehouse — and wow, they absolutely delivered! 🤯

We ordered the You Pick Two with 🔥 burnt ends + pulled pork 🍖, slaw, and pickles. The pulled pork was so soft you don’t even need teeth! Paired with their famous Voodoo BBQ sauce? 🤤 Absolute perfection!
But those burnt ends though… 😱 What a monster! Massive, juicy, caramelized meat bombs that completely overwhelmed my senses. Holy smokes — no words, just shut up and eat!

Then we finished with a full slab of ribs 🍖💦 — mmmmmmmhm come on!! The texture was chewy, tearable, glazed wonderfulness packed with flavor. Their beans and potato salad were straight 🔥 too!
If you’re in St. Louis and love BBQ, stop what you’re doing and go to Bogarts Smokehouse RIGHT NOW! 🏃‍♂️ This one knocked my socks off 👟

La Borracha Margarita 🍹💙 | Massive loaded cheese dip 🧀😭 | Tres Companias sampler | Fire mocktails ✨
Burrito Classico so big I had to rock it like a baby 😂🥩 | Seafood Molcajete loaded with shrimp, scallops & tilapia 🦐 | Juicy Oaxaca Ribeye Tacos 🤤 | Epic Molcajete 🍲
Finished strong with Churro Cake 🍫❤️
That patio though… perfect vibes next to The District ☀️🍻

Three heaping meat sides + a mountain of rice or lo mein at St. Louis Kitchen off Kingshighway

The Bourbon Chicken chunks were massive, Black Chicken Pepper still fire, and the beef was way better than expected.

UKRAFT is opening GuacoTaco to the PUBLIC this Monday, May 18th and they are NOT playing around! 🚀
Fajita nachos loaded with birria, white queso & guac… 😋 Scallop ceviche that tastes like vacation 🦪🍋… dense quesabirria dipped in consommé 🔥… chicken fajita burrito that weighs a TON 🥙… and that epic Pastor Torta on giant telera bread 🍞🍍
Texas did NOT disappoint! Every single bite was a flavor explosion 💥

STL’s favorite summer event is BACK 🌮🔥

We went to Food Truck Friday at Tower Grove Park and honestly… this might be the best lineup yet 👀

🍟 Loaded shawarma lamb fries
🥟 Crab rangoons from a Mexican-Asian fusion truck
🇹🇭 Crispy Thai spring rolls
🍧 Kona Ice with sour topping + a rainbow candy cane spoon

The vibes, live music, picnic blankets, food trucks, and local vendors make this one of the best free things to do in St. Louis on a Friday night.
