An olive oil base topped with mozzarella, smoked pulled pork, crispy bacon, fresh jalapeños, and red onion, then finished with a sweet heat BBQ drizzle. Smoky, spicy, and just a little sweet!

We’re back at the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows tomorrow, and we’re bringing a brand-new pizza for the buffalo chicken fans!

🍕 The Wingman

We start with a garlic oil base, then add grilled chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, shredded mozzarella, Gorgonzola, and red onion. After its trip through the wood-fired oven, we finish it with fresh shaved celery for a little crunch and an optional ranch drizzle.

🔥 Tangy buffalo heat, funky Gorgonzola, cool celery, and ranch if you want it — everything you love about wings, transformed into a wood-fired pizza.

🥓🍳 We’ll also have our breakfast pizzas, Margherita, and classic topped pies coming hot out of the oven starting at 8AM.

We’re taking a weekend off from the Lake Saint Louis Farmers & Artists Market at The Meadows this Saturday, August 8th, for a family vacation.

Please make a visit to the Meadows in our absence to support our fellow local vendors.
