🎉 Employee Spotlight: Reinhardt Schoeman – 7 Seasons Strong! 🚛🌾
This year marks Reinhardt's 7th season with Hearn Farms, and we couldn't be more grateful to have him as part of our team!
As one of our CDL drivers, Reinhardt plays a vital role in keeping things moving during our busiest times of the year. But his talents don't stop behind the wheel. Whether it's mechanical work, shop projects, or helping troubleshoot a problem, he's always willing to jump in and lend a hand wherever needed.
Reinhardt is known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help others. He's dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in everything he does.
Outside of work, Reinhardt's heart belongs to his family. He has a wife and two daughters back in South Africa whom he absolutely adores. No matter how busy the season gets, his family is never far from his thoughts, and it's easy to see how much they mean to him.
Around the farm, Reinhardt is always ready with a joke, a laugh, or a friendly conversation. His sense of humor, loyalty, and genuine kindness have made him a good friend to many and a valued member of the Hearn Farms family.
