Brittle season has begun! We are not fully underway as the weather this fall has been abnormally warm but we are stocking a couple stores currently due to upcoming fall events. Tanner”s Tanners Orchard in Speer, IL has peanut and pecan brittle and we just stocked a new store in Peoria, Willow Collective who has a grand re opening and fall open house today. They have peanut, pecan and cashew brittle.
(Due to the bouts of warm weather if you do buy our brittle and any of it is sticky due the humidity you can put it in the freezer, and it gets rid of the stickiness. Just eat it right out of the freezer.)(

We had 10 great seasons of supplying Ropp Jersey Cheese with our brittle! They have been a great supporter of our small business and we are sad that they are closing but wish all at Ropp’s a great next adventure! Thank you for all your support and we will miss your amazing cheese!

We are excited to be supplying a store in Springfield for the first time! Horse Creek Outfitters got their first delivery of peanut and pecan brittle yesterday.

We wrapped up with our last craft show of the season yesterday but the kitchen is still open through the holidays!
If you are wanting more brittle we supply several store in the Bloomington/Notmal area through the holidays. You can find us at these stores:

If you have a larger order (e.g. at least 3 pounds of brittle) contact us directly and we can make arrangements with you. We also ship our brittle if needed but we do caution that the brittle does break up some in the mail as it is thin and brittle 🙂.
