Thank you Karley and Hometown Starkville Magazine for this kind recognition!

The chances of anyone remembering me past my grandchildren are slim. I live a quiet life full of ordinary work, and if all I am remembered for is being somebody’s wife, mom, friend, or flower lady, I’ll consider it a life well lived. The world was built by forgotten people who were content to quietly serve their families and communities. Our success is not measured by the accolades we receive in this world, but whether we were a faithful servant in preparation for the next!
