We're Hiring: Operations Manager at Kathryn's! 🍽️

As our current Operations Manager moves on to a new chapter, we're looking for the right person to step into this role and help keep Kathryn's running smoothly!

Since 2020, we've grown into a full storefront here in State College, serving up homemade frozen meals, a gluten-free line, grab-and-go items, and our famous wholesale cinnamon rolls at coffee shops around town. Our mission? Making family dinnertime easy, inviting, and stress-free for busy parents.

What you'll do:
🥘 Oversee day-to-day storefront operations
👥 Manage and support our team
📦 Handle production planning and inventory
🚚 Manage our wholesale accounts and relationships
✅ Help keep quality and consistency top-notch across everything we make

What we're looking for:
✔️ Experience in operations management, ideally in food service, retail, or a small business setting
✔️ Strong organizational and staff management skills
✔️ Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-business environment
✔️ Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
✔️ Based near State College, PA, with the ability to be on-site 4 days a week

Details:
📍 State College area — primarily on-site, some remote flexibility
⏰ par time, 20-30 hrs/week
💵 $18-25/hour, based on experience

"Patti is a cub scout master for the Howard scouts, she heads up the food distribution at the Howard Methodist church, she initiated and actively participates in the Howard Winter Carnival yearly, and also cooks for many of the various functions held at the church including making all the soups for the churches soup sale during the Spring on a yearly basis."
