Uncle D’s Butt Rub

* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup paprika
* 3 tablespoons kosher salt
* 2 tablespoons coarse black pepper
* 2 tablespoons garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 2 teaspoons ground mustard
* 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
* 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
* 1 teaspoon celery salt
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Rub it with Uncle D’s Butt Rub. Finish it with Uncle D’s Original.

I received my order from Uncle D’s yesterday - Montaigne & Family Foods LLC and I cannot WAIT to try these!

I haven’t even opened them yet and I’m already thinking about pork chops, ribs, chicken, salmon…my gosh, the possibilities! 😋
