Born and raised in Statesville, Alyssa has always had a passion for animals and giving back to her community. She volunteers at her local animal shelter, where she helps provide enrichment and care for dogs while supporting the shelter team. 🐶

When she’s not spending time with animals, Alyssa enjoys photography as a hobby 📸, capturing the little moments and beauty around her.

Our Southdown Babydoll Sheep have officially settled into life at I Believe, and it's been so rewarding to watch their confidence grow each day.

Ella, our brown ewe, and Sail, our white ram, continue to become more comfortable with their surroundings, their routines, and the people they meet.

They recently made their debut at our Caregiver's Quiet Night with The PTSD , where their calm presence brought smiles and meaningful moments to so many attendees. Watching them begin their journey as therapeutic ambassadors has been incredibly special.
