I didn’t have any smoked paprika.. but I did have paprika, so I cold smoked it and made my first batch of Shatta Dust with paprika I smoked myself. It smells amazing. It’s a perfect blend of Arab American BBQ vibes!

10-2 at the Stevenson Waterfront tomorrow!

Come early to try my delicious Syrian cheese! I was able to age a few dozen balls for roughly 6 months in extra virgin olive oil. I taste tested a couple of the batches this morning and it is going to make those of you who love a strong, herby cheese VERY happy! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
