Hello all. We are excited to say lemonade season is finally here. Our first event for this year is happening this coming Saturday the 16th in Spring Grove MN for their Sittende mai festival.

You will be seeing a new side of us this year. We will be serving your very own fresh cup of sunshine out of our new trailer.

New look, new layout, but still the same great tasting lemonade flavored with real fresh fruit, and no artificial ingredients. Will you try classic lemonade? Choose from one of our amazing flavors like Strawberries & Cream or Dragon fruit with Cold Foam? Or customize your own from our fruit options and a creamy add-in? Any way you go, we promise you the world’s best lemonade.

We will also be offering giant homemade S’mores Cookies and our Apple Borealis - a crisp spiral apple on a stick with a fun Northern Lights twist.

Hello everyone, We hope your holiday season was wonderful. With the start of the new year, we are gearing up for our 2026 lemonade season and planning to attend various festivals and events. Our schedule will include most of the events from 2025, along with some additional ones.
If you have an event that you think we'd be a great fit for, please let us know. We're committed to serving the best lemonade you've ever tasted.

It was a fantastic lemonade season, and we want to thank you for your incredible support! A huge shout-out to our family as well. From setups & take-down, to childcare to costume-making, we couldn't do it without them!

Viking Fest Minnesota has been a super fun festival to check out all things viking. If you missed our Viking themed menu, here it is!

Day 1 of the very first Viking Fest Minnesota was a giant success! Incredible turn out of people with many amazing outfits wandering around all of the festivities at Dakota County Fairgrounds.

Make plans to come experience all there is to see and do at the festival- either tomorrow or next weekend.
