Well Thick Butts BBQ Team did it! We participated in the Blanchard Rhythm and Ribs Cook Off and in Rib A category WE GOT 1st PLACE!! In the Rib B category, we got 11th place! We are so EXCITED!!! Thank you, Luke Short and The Rib Cook Off Association, for a great cook off that is benefiting the Blanchard High School Band. Thank you to all our sponsors for the support you give us. Also, thank you Richard Getchius for always pushing us to keep on trying! WE DID IT!

Well we’re unpacked and cleaned up this weekend was not our weekend finished 80 th out of 150 teams but we had a blast cooking with some of good friends smokin love bbq and getchiusome bbq our grandson took 10 place out 22 so proud of that boy and he helps me so much thank you to my team Jon and london wagner and congratulations to there daughter for her first cookoff and a 2nd place woohooo special thank you to one of our sponsors for driving from out of state to see us and hang out thank you for all our supporters

So freaking proud of this 2 kids they killed it in kids q Bralyn did everything his self he amazes me on how much he is growing and taking a interest in this love watching him do his thing and remi in her first one ever man we had a great day

Wasn’t really happy with the quality of steak probably should’ve tried to find better thicker one but it’s turned in 107+ steak turn ins so we will see what happens
