4 days overdue, but Skye finally calved Friday, on the most beautiful and sunny afternoon 🍁
She gave us the sweetest heifer 🎀 and I’m thrilled to have her in milk again 🧡

The last few weeks (and months actually) have been so full and busy. We’ve been thankful for happy kids, happy animals, and a full bulk tank. Thank you to everyone who continues to support our farm through our Herdshare program. Even with the craziness, we love being able to provide all of your family’s with fresh raw milk each week 💛

We are excited to be expanding our Herdshare program! There will be openings for new members beginning in August, so feel free to reach out if you’re interested in learning more. 🐮🥛

A really wonderful moment for us- being able to put up 35 bales for winter for our herd off of our own property ♥️🌾

We brought our sweet ram and wether home this weekend 🫶🏼

Our wether (white) is a full brother to one of our ewes, Mary. Our ewes will be ready to be bred this fall, for a late winter/early spring 2026 lambing season 👏🏻🐑

We went out yesterday to milk cows around 7:30am and in the very back corner of the main pasture, I saw a brown blob on the ground. Still wet and being licked off by mom, Daisy had just dropped her HEIFER calf 🎀. She wasn’t due until May 7th, but baby is strong and mom is taking good care of her. We decided to name her Rosemary ✨⭐️

Our new coop came home this weekend. A long time coming for our girls 🐓♥️!

Today was in the 30’s, baby calves outside, sun was out and it stayed light until after 7:30pm. Spring is coming ☀️🌷
