Get your All Natural Angus Beef Now! Quarter, Half, or a Whole Steer. Put together an order with friends for an entire steer and fast-track your order. Quarter beef is about 200 pounds, half 400, whole 800 pounds. Cut to your liking! $2.50 per pound hot carcass weight, plus processing fees. Take home weight on a 200 pound quarter is about 120 pounds, depending on your processing instructions. Born and raised in Sturgeon Lake, MN.
