🪿🍪 WE’VE GOT A TRAILER DELIVERY DATE!

We just got word that The Baked Goose trailer will officially be delivered NEXT WEEK! 🙌🏻

Once it gets here, there’s only one thing left standing between us and opening that window for the first time, our health inspection.

It’s crazy to think we’re already this close to opening. What started as an idea around a month and a half ago is about to be sitting right here in Sulphur Springs, ready to go.

We’ll keep everyone updated as soon as the trailer arrives and we get our inspection scheduled.

The Baked Goose is almost here! 👀 🍪

Our very first monthly menu for The Baked Goose is officially put together, and we can’t wait to start sharing it with y’all! 👀

We’ve got a full October lineup of cookies, loaded cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls and plenty of flavors that fit the season.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll start showing off what made the October menu while we get everything ready for opening.

After plans to purchase an existing local business ultimately didn’t come together, we saw an opportunity to take the idea in a different direction and build something of our own from the ground up. And that’s how The Baked Goose began.
