Inventory is complete.
We have 8 packs of 1LB portions of pulled pork.
8 packs of 1LB portions of our signature breakfast pulled pork.
Always keep smoked sausage and brats on hand.
As of now we have 3LBs of home cured and fresh smoked bacon ready for their next home.
The bacon is not candied yet but if you would like I can have it candied.
I will be putting the smoker to work this weekend with some spatchcock chickens and more sausage.

I will be tinkering with the smoker even more. I will be posting build videos primarily in TikTok. They will have their own play list so it will be easy to find. This is my first time diving deep into a fab project like this. I am open to tips comments banter even. Let’s make this a fun journey together.
