These might be one of the most underrated chickens right now

Prairie Bluebell Egger = blue eggs + solid layers 💙

But nobody really talks about them…

✔️ Locks moisture IN
✔️ Keeps eggs fresher longer — even without washing

And when it’s this heavy?
You know that hen is producing some seriously high-quality eggs.

Most store eggs?

All these decisions I’m making right now is for the future of my program. Better quality, better genetics.

Picked up some absolutely beautiful BCM & Olive Egger hatching eggs to kick off the next step in our program 🐣🥚

We’re working toward producing:
Rich dark chocolate eggs
Stunning olive eggers
High-quality, well-rounded birds

This is something I’ve been slowly building toward, and I’m SO excited to finally start bringing it to life...literally
