Have you ever had quail eggs? They're small but tasty! Much richer than a chicken egg. We like to mix 3 or 4 in with a couple chicken eggs when we make scrambled eggs or omelets. Our good friends have them and they're right next to us at the Downtown Delaware Farmer's Market. When you stop by our booth to get some veggies be sure to grab a pack of their eggs.
