Received a text the other day from a Elmira, Ontario customer who bought a 6/11 cyclo dual air spring kit back in 2023...

"Down pressure system has been completely trouble free thus far. So far haven't had any issues getting the inter-rows down to depth. Haven't necessarily no tilled [any] rock hard clay either I suppose but we have no tilled a few times into corn fields [where] the stover was baled off in the spring so there was quite a bit of wheel traffic on the field prior to planting and it seems we've always been able to get in. I always run the inters 20-30 psi higher."

This was the first interplant unit that we ever built a kit for. Quite the perfect application as the extended parallel arms reduce the available amount of downforce. The Bantam Brio cyclo kit is able to overcome and still achieves 370 #. Ensuring that your seed is at the depth you want it.

Still looking for a couple more farmers looking to pioneer our new 1200 series offering...

We at Bantam Brio typically keep things close to the chest until they have gone over extensive acres. Well, we have been asked by so many for a 1200 series down pressure offering that we went ahead and designed one. BUT, we don't own one and we are looking for a couple partners in getting this thing across some acres for the 2027 planting season. Currently rated to 489 pounds of downforce. I believe the marketing material showed about 260 pounds for the OEM air spring offering. So roughly an 88% increase. Obviously geared toward no-till, but if you are looking to upgrade from standard coil springs or need more than the OEM air spring design is providing, our new kit might be for you. Currently looking for farmers within a couple hours drive of Sunfield, Michigan that would be willing to let us install a kit on just ONE row (more if you are willing).

Michigan weather can't make up its mind. Might as well put together the next cyclo down pressure kit. Here is the hardware for a 24 row dual air spring kit going to Colorado. This is how we ensure every bolt, nut, washer and bushing is accounted for. All Grade 8 yellow zinc where possible to ensure years of reliable, durable operation.

The first try.... Planting corn back in 2020 with the dual air spring down pressure kit. Who would have ever known how many people we would get to meet and help out along the way. Happy New Year Everyone. I think we are adding section control this spring to our planter.
