We’ve got a couple fresh b**rs out today to quench your Wednesday thirst!

BLAZE is a 6.6% IPA brewed with Citra & Tangier for a citrusy base that we boosted with Blood Orange for a crisp, pithy orange flavor profile that’ll definitely quench your thirst. Try it as a michelada for a zippy banger.

AMIGAZO is a hazy IPA brewed with Yakima Chief Hops and a group of brewers from Argentina when we hosted their harvest hop selection. It’s brewed with Krush & Superdelic hops for a loud burst of stone fruit & tropical fruit flavors.
Now here’s the rub, there are only 5 cases of unlabeled cans of this hazy and they’re only available at the Varietal taproom. The rest of this batch will be available in limited draft. No label, but definitely worth picking up if you get to the taproom soon. 🍻✌️

A few weeks ago we welcomed our friends from Fort George Brewery to collaborate on an Extra Pale Ale, a hoppy, lower ABV pale. After a late night at Mel’s Diner in Yakima, we had the theme: MID-CENTURY MODERN! An atomic ranch style b**r: easygoing bitterness, crisp & refreshing finish with plenty of hoppy goodness in the vein of peach candy & funky citrus. We wish we could have added some sick tail fins to the can, but that’s outside the budget. 🤷‍♂️🚀
MID-CENTURY MODERN is available today at the taproom and around the valley & beyond very soon. 🍻✌️

Starting today the Varietal taproom will be closed on Mondays for the fall/winter season. This gives us a day to work on things to improve and maintain the taproom going into the new year. We’ll open on Mondays again in late Spring. See you tomorrow when we’re open Noon until 9pm with Triple C Chriscookscarne serving from 11am until 7pm for Tuesday Smashburgers. 🍻✌️
