Welcome to Mary’s Pancit, where every dish tells a story of Filipino heritage, resilience, and flavor. Rooted in tradition and inspired by the vibrant culture of the Philippines, our home kitchen brings classic Filipino dishes to life, crafted with love, fresh ingredients, and a passion for hospitality.
Two of our most beloved dishes, lumpia and pancit, represent the heart of Filipino gatherings. Our lumpia, golden, crispy spring rolls filled with savory goodness, are perfect for sharing and always the first to disappear at any celebration. Pancit, with its colorful mix of noodles, vegetables, and meat, symbolizes long life and is a staple at birthdays, holidays, and everyday meals. Together, they bring people together and honor the spirit of Filipino community.
Mary’s Pancit is more than just a home kitchen, it's a love letter to our family’s journey. In 1994, my mom, Mary, and I immigrated to the U.S. from Guagua, Pampanga, the culinary heart of the Philippines. At the time, she didn’t know how to cook, but necessity and love for her family led her to learn. With the guidance of her mother and aunt, Mary mastered the flavors of home, especially her signature pancit and lumpia. Food became her way of preserving culture, building community, and sharing a piece of where we came from with those around us.
As I grew up, I came to understand the power of food to connect us to our roots and one another. This home kitchen is a tribute to the generations that came before us, and a heartfelt thank you to my mom for her strength, recipes, and unwavering love. Through Mary’s Pancit, we’re proud to share our heritage with neighbors like you. We hope every bite reminds you of home, whether it’s yours or ours.
Mangan tana! (📣 stay tuned for a holiday gift!)
