hauki is traditionally characterized by casual seating on cots (called chaarpai in Hindi) and food prepared in clay ovens (chulha) including the "homely food" you have always been missing.. "In the current scenario, when everybody is running after same global cuisines, we came up with an Indian Rustic version because we believe it's more permanent and not occasional like other foods.
