I am thrilled to announce that Rebellion Baking has been accepted as a vendor at the twinportscommunitymarket every Sunday on Barker’s Island from now until October! I’m working on a few new recipes to offer (including gluten free molasses cookies!) and look forward to seeing all of you there 💜

You’ll still be able to find me every Wednesday at the Duluth Farmers Market this month, and as always please message me with all your custom gluten free orders if you can’t make it to the markets!

Good morning party people 🥳 I have an announcement to make! If you’ve talked to me any time in the last two years you’ll probably know that I made my own wedding cake, and that I am totally obsessed with it! It was a delectable pistachio cake filled with raspberry jam and layered with a brown butter frosting 😍 You also might know that I’ve converted my entire menu to gluten free. Which is where the announcement comes in - I am now serving a gluten free version of my wedding cake as a cake cup on my menu! Stop by the on Wednesdays and Saturdays, or DM me to order!

It’s cold today but we’re out here! We’re only in our first hour and nearly sold out of gluten free chocolate chip cookies so swing by soon before they’re gone! (There’s still plenty of French macarons, granola, muffins, and cake cups left!)

.baking is ready! We’re all set up at the Spring Expo with at the Elks Lodge in Superior! Stop by between now and 4pm today to grab some French macarons, gluten free chocolate chip cookies, granola, muffins, and more!

Even better is that my mom flew in from New Orleans yesterday so she’ll be here with me all day! Come by to say hello!
