🍳🔥 Street-Style Egg Paddhu Curry – Crispy, Spicy & Totally Addictive! 🤤

Crispy golden egg paddhu soaked in a rich, spicy curry 🌶️🍛 — this is not your regular egg dish!

👨🍳 Ingredients:
🔸 For Egg Paddhu:
• 4 boiled eggs 🥚
• 1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
• 2 tbsp rice flour
• Salt & chili powder 🌶️
• Water (to make batter)
• Oil for frying
🔸 For Curry:
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tomato (pureed) 🍅
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander 🌿
🍲 Instructions:
1️⃣ Make a thick batter using besan, rice flour, spices & water.
2️⃣ Dip boiled eggs in batter & fry until crispy and golden 🔥
3️⃣ Heat oil, sauté onions till golden.
4️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste, cook for a minute.
5️⃣ Add tomato puree & spices, cook till oil separates 🍛
6️⃣ Add water to make curry consistency.
7️⃣ Drop fried egg paddhu into curry & simmer for 2–3 mins.
8️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander & serve hot 😍
