We are so excited to officially announce that Mill & Co. is a proud sponsor of the Sutherlin Throwdown. Supporting local events is important to us and exactly what Mill & Co. is all about. The transformation has begun!

Today we started tearing up concrete at Mill & Co., and we couldn’t be more excited to see this project moving forward. A huge thank you to Lucas Main Construction for taking on the underground work and construction as we bring this vision to life.

It’s amazing to finally see progress happening. Can’t wait to show you what’s coming next!

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, believed in our vision, and cheered us on from the beginning.

Big day at Mill & Co. 🚧

Today marks the start of our demo phase, a meaningful step as we begin transforming this space into something new for the community.

We know places hold memories, and change can feel bittersweet. Our goal is to honor what’s been here while thoughtfully building what’s next, a welcoming spot for gathering, good food, and connection.
