I know I have been entirely MIA, but I’m still dealing with some life & death health stuff so bread has taken a serious backseat.
I wanted to come on here though and give Chewy such a huge shoutout.
Two weeks ago today, we had to say goodbye to our sweetest boy, Benny. We adopted him as a tiny pup back in 2019 and we have loved him fiercely every single day since.
We miss him desperately and have been absolutely inconsolable over his loss.
Then a couple of days ago, I had to go on to our Chewy account and cancel his autoship meds & memorialize his profile. I don’t know why, but that was one of the hardest parts of all of this and I cried for the millionth time.
Fast forward to today, these flowers and sympathy note showed up from Chewy from a local flower shop. Of course, I cried for the millionth + one time. Chewy is such a huge company, yet they take the time to send individual condolences to their customers when their pets pass. I will continue to use them for every pet that we have and I’m so grateful for this beautiful gesture.
So thank you, Chewy. You’ve made an unbearable time in our lives slightly more bearable. 💖👩🏻🎤
