The basil is thriving! The aroma is incredible, and now is a great time to get some as tomatoes are starting to pop up. This is a sweet basil variety that we have spent the past two seasons cross-pollinating with other varieties, right here in Swedesboro. Get 3 large sprigs for just $5! Go take a peek what the grocery sells their tiny basil packs for! - and they spray their grow-zone with glyphosate in the pre-season.. 🤒

Thank you for supporting our farm stand these past few weeks! It has been a challenge to keep up with stocking for the demand!

Especially the Okra! We make sure to only stock our small tender Okra. But nothing goes to waste! - We save the larger, more fibrous okra to feed our hogs!

Our Duroc/Berk Gilt will be farrowing soon and we can’t wait! Piglets available soon - or let us raise you a hog!

Now's the perfect time to start air-drying those vibrant green chiles (or ripened Cheyenne peppers)! We're prepping ours to grind into a potent powder - ideal for homemade sausages and savory venison sausage links.

Pro Tip: Consider smoking your chiles halfway through their drying process for an incredible, deep flavor boost!
