Our sweet Holstein “yogurt” has a 9 month old heifer we have up for discussion. She is weaned and has been on feed for a couple months. Nice Holstein x gert heifer ready to go to work for you. This girl comes from a strong maternal line—her dam has a beautiful, well-attached udder with excellent capacity and teat placement, the kind you want backing your next generation.

Healthy, home- grown, and handled. She’s been cared for right and has the genetics to make a solid milk cow or recip for any program.

Hefte Ranch H178 ET is our 6 yr old current herd sire in his prime. We hand picked this guy at Hefte Ranch and have loved him ever since. Looking for a bull to retain heifers from, he’s your guy. We have quite a few of his daughters in the pasture and one on our current show string! Muscle, gut, length, docility - he’s got it.

Running R Cool Hand Luke is our son’s 2 yr old show bull looking for a job! This guy is Buena Vida top and bottom. Heather has played such an invaluable roll guiding and helping our kids stay competitive in the show ring! Luke is a powerhouse and a looker to boot. A beautiful top line, length, gut - he’s going to throw greatness without a doubt!

BLIZZARD CONDITIONS in Southwest Louisiana!❄️

Glad to see everyone up and eating! This snow storm even pushed a couple babies out, they’re up and moving with their moms.

We definitely aren’t used to these conditions but are grateful to have cattle who are versatile in any environment.
