Yesterday I picked up over 140 of the biggest and most BE-A-UTIFUL chickens! We are now over flowing with massive 4lb, 5lb, 6lb and 7lb Whole Chickens!!

We are also restocked on our 2 packs of Boneless/Skinless Breasts and 4 packs of Thighs!

It dawned on me late last night that it was already August 10th!!! I never did July's Employee of the Month on the 1st!!

I thought I should show you all a glimpse at why my brain is so scattered lately. Aside from building a house, we have started training our newest 'Farm Employee'. While I'm not sure if he is Employee of the Month material quite yet, I think he definitely deserves an A for effort!! 😂😂😂

Happy Thursday everyone!!

While braving Wollyworld, the other day, I decided to dig through their Pork Chops and find the best looking ones I could find and do a little side-by-side comparison for you.

On the ⬅️ is a family pack of their 1/2" Pork Chops. On the ➡️ is the smallest/ugliest pack of our 1" thick Rib Chops I could I find.

Our pork is what pork used to and should look like. You shouldn't need pink styrofoam to make your meat look red.
