Triple Chocolate Cream-Filled Cupcakes

Ingredients
For the cupcakes
• 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix

For the cream filling
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped topping
For the chocolate frosting
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
For topping
• 1/2 cup melted chocolate
• Chocolate shavings or crumbs
• White chocolate chips or candy pieces
How to make it
1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package directions.
2. Fill a lined muffin tin about two-thirds full and bake as directed.
3. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
5. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
6. Use a small knife or cupcake corer to remove the center of each cupcake.
7. Fill each cupcake with the cream mixture.
8. For the frosting, beat the butter until creamy.
9. Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
10. Pipe a generous swirl of chocolate frosting onto each cupcake.
11. Sprinkle with chocolate crumbs and white chocolate pieces.
12. Drizzle melted chocolate over the tops.
13. Chill for 20 minutes before serving for the best texture.
