Happy Anniversary to me!! One year ago on a random weekday in November, I said to my wife… “I’m going to try and make decorated sugar cookies and start a business.” Shortly after, a failed Veterans Day cookie set followed and lots of tears. I was determined because “how hard could it be?” I kept trying and making sets for parties and the holiday season last year. I eventually got a few orders from friends. One of those friends said “you should join the East Syracuse Moms Facebook group and post your cookies!” Later that night I joined the group and made my first post. Ever since then, I haven’t had a single week that I wasn’t covered in confectioners sugar. It’s truly like I blinked and suddenly owned a full blown thriving small business! The community I have built here is more than I could ever have imagined. I am so grateful to my supportive family and wife. I am also so grateful for all of my customers and the handful of customers I have that have ordered cookies for multiple occasions and continuously hype me up to everyone! This has been the best year for Syd’s Sugars and I can’t wait to see what’s coming in the next!

Hi there everyone! Just wanted to make a quick post regarding my availability at Syd’s Sugars. I am completely booked up for September, October and part of November. I am now taking orders for November, December, January and beyond! I will have limited available around the Christmas holidays and winter months so if you have something planned and want cookies, please reach out ASAP!!

I also provide cookies for dietary restrictions as well as dipped treats and party packages!!
