Banana Espresso Brownie Cake
Fudgy, rich, and packed with espresso flavor ☕
This banana brownie cake feels creamy, soft, and ultra indulgent.
Ingredients :
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp espresso powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Simple Step-by-Step Instructions :
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Line a square cake pan with parchment paper.
Mash bananas until smooth.
Whisk in eggs, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and espresso powder.
Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until thick and creamy.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake until fudgy and softly set.
Cool completely before serving.
