😋TASTY TUESDAY😋

Today’s recipe: Lemon Garlic Roast Chicken with Potatoes 🍋🧄🍗 (aka… pure comfort)
Here’s how it goes:
🔥 Preheat oven to 475
🧈 Melt ½ stick of butter + chopped garlic (measure with your heart), zest of 2 lemons, salt & pepper
🧅 Slice a yellow onion + line a Dutch oven
🥔 Add halved baby potatoes on top
🍗 Place whole chicken on top
✨ Pour butter mixture ALL over (don’t forget under the skin = crispy magic)
🍋 Juice the lemons, pour it over, then stuff the chicken with the slices
Bake uncovered at 475 for 15 min, then lower to 350 and cook ~20 min per pound (until internal temp hits 165)
And let me tell you… those potatoes and onions soaking up all that lemon garlic chicken goodness?? 😩 THAT’S THE BEST PART!!
