Hello, I’m Chef Laneka Montrae.
My journey into the culinary world wasn’t something I planned it was something that slowly found me. For years, I worked behind the scenes in the administrative side of catering, watching, learning, and admiring the craft. Cooking has always been a passion, but I never imagined it would evolve into a full career, a business, and a calling.

I follow in the culture, elegance, and legacy of my mother a woman who catered with grace, soul, luxury, and a spirit of hospitality like no other. Growing up watching her serve with intention shaped me in ways I didn’t recognize until now. I owe this entire journey to her.

As a pescatarian, expanding my creativity beyond what I personally eat has been one of my most exciting challenges. It pushed me to design menus that are more than food their experiences. I don’t see this as work; I see it as an extension of love… making love to food, crafting flavors, and curating unforgettable dishes.

Stepping fully into this chef life has been the most natural shift I’ve ever made. I’m grateful, aligned, and ready to serve. So allow me to officially introduce myself . I am the new chef on the block, and I’m excited to connect in every space I’m called to be in.
