🔥 BIG NEWS FROM THE CARE PACKAGE KITCHEN! 🔥

It is my absolute pleasure to officially introduce the very first Executive Chef of Care Package Culinary Services — Chef EJ “EJay” Oliveras! 👨‍🍳👏
Chef EJ joins our team bringing decades of culinary experience, creativity, leadership, and a serious passion for the craft. His career has taken him through respected kitchens including Shrimp Boat and Boca, along with extensive experience in the healthcare food service industry and many other culinary operations throughout his career.
But résumés only tell part of the story.
EJ brings energy, imagination, leadership, and a fresh culinary perspective that fits perfectly with what we’re building at Care Package. We already have an incredible team — and adding Chef EJ to the leadership of our kitchen takes us to another level.

As an owner and chef, there’s something pretty damn exciting about watching the company grow to the point where you get to hand someone the Executive Chef jacket and say:
“Alright, Chef… let’s see what we can build.” 🔥
Please join me in giving a HUGE congratulations and warm welcome to Executive Chef EJ Oliveras! 🥂👏

I’m incredibly excited to see what he brings to our menus, our kitchen, our team — and most importantly, our guests.
Welcome to the family, Chef. Now let’s cook. 🔪🔥
