From 6 guests to 150 in one weekend!

That’s what our catering schedule looked like this past week.

When the events started stacking up, our good friend flew in from Chicago to help us power through:

• 6-person intimate dinner party
• 65-guest cocktail reception + plated dinner
• 150-guest dessert reception
• 30-person bridal shower to finish the weekend

Joe and I first worked together 13 years ago at the legendary SideBern’s in Tampa, and this week felt like riding a bike.

Always grateful for talented friends in this industry.

It’s been almost 13 years since I was in the kitchen with when we were working at SideBerns together! Tonight we got to cook for an intimate dinner party! On tonight’s menu were: Saffron arancini, salmon tartare, mushroom toast, a spinach salad with cranberries - asian pears- candied pecans-goat cheese, mushroom risotto with braised short rib with black garlic butter, and for dessert a dark chocolate cremeux with cocoa nibs-crème fraiche-candied oranges!

We’ve officially entered Nosh’s busiest month and we kicked it off at .c.newmancigarco catering for a holiday party!

Nosh had the pleasure of catering a 40th birthday last night that was truly one for the books!!

We always do custom menus and this client had some amazing ideas that we were so happy to execute!

One of our favorite menus we have done and can’t wait to add some of these favorites to your next event!
