Spring (and pollen) is in the air 🌸🌱 and our pantry shelves are feeling the fresh start too!

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of our community, new donations were just dropped off at the pantry. It’s always inspiring to see neighbors helping neighbors and making sure everyone has access to the food and essentials they need.

As we welcome a new season, we’re grateful for every person who donates, shares, and supports this little pantry. Your generosity truly helps our community grow.

Please stop by if you need something, and as always... take what you need, leave what you can. 💛

Just stocked the food pantry with the rest of our overflow. 😭

Until more donations are received I won't be able to restock but I will continue to check daily and post if any drops are made.

🌞 Happy Sunday! 🌞

This week has been pretty busy for the pantry. We have had to restock it daily, and it being almost empty a time or two.

Over the last few months, we have noticed a few trends:
🔸️ middle and end of month are our busiest
🔸 ️canned chicken/tuna is the protein of choice
🔸 ️packaged snacks are the most popular
🔸️ hygeine products are the least donated item

If you find yourself spring cleaning out your pantries and have unexpired food- please consider making a donation to not only us but the other free pantries in the area. If you'd like to order from our wishlist- the link is in the comments ⬇️

Unfortunately the need is great and everyone deserves food.

We received a pretty big donation off the wishlist! The pantry was empty but we got it refilled. Thank you to everyone who has supported the community. It is definitely being utilized.

❄️ Pantry restock! ❄️

Sometimes we get 💲 donations not via food but by money sent to our venmo. Our QR code is taped to the outside of the pantry incase passerbys would like to contribute- but it's not necessary.

We got a surprise contribution earlier in the week and it funded a complete restock which was helpful because when I woke up this morning everything but 2 things were left from my last restock. When I say every little bit helps- it truly does and this restock was done with just one person spending less than $25.

Remember anyone can take what they need via the pantry 24/7- no questions asked. If you notice that after you take what you need it is low, feel free to PM and I will restock ASAP from overflow.

This is the barest we have been in quite some time. I restocked what I could shortly after this pic was snapped but our reserves are almost gone!

I am eternally grateful that our pantry is able to serve the community but also worried about not being able to keep up with the demand 😭

‼️‼️ Fresh fruit drop! Come by before the cold weather freezes them

We are in the process of trying to figure out how to expand to utilize all of the space so that we can keep it more organized. I honestly didn't expect to have so many people supporting and it also breaks my heart to recognize so many in need. I restock the pantry almost daily, sometimes twice a day if it gets too low.

We run purely off donations. This is just a grassroots effort with no funding or agency backing. Just a local family and their kid who saw a need and came up with a solution that we can provide. We appreciate the support and will continue to do this as long as we can and we have your help.
