Join us for an evening of hands-on sourdough baking!

Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to build confidence in your baking, this class is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to bake delicious artisan bread at home.

Each participant will leave with:

* An instructional guide written by me
* A freshly baked sourdough loaf
* A ready-to-bake loaf to finish at home
* A banneton proofing basket
* Cheesecloth liner
* Active sourdough starter
* Ongoing support after class if you have questions along the way

Class sizes are intentionally kept small so everyone receives plenty of individual instruction and hands-on guidance throughout the evening.
