Lonestar Firecracker!
Yes I like talking to my heifers as if they are adorable puppies! Firecracker has nice teats and good growth for a young heifer. I am excited to see how she matures!

Sweet little Walnuts Bojangles “Bo”, came from a very loving, organic, grain free breeder. I guess I am the “candy lady” with my creep feed I dish out daily to my herd. I feel bad getting him addicted! 😂 The herd has already been fed and left, but he insists on sticking around in case there are seconds!

Designer gates by Goldrush! Uniquely bull crafted, no two alike! 😂

A little help from the tractor and now they are both in a usable condition again. There are a few more with only slight signature design to them! It’s so funny how he will respect one strand of hot fence not even on, but a gate is “challenge accepted!”
When you don’t want “taco” gates, spend the extra money and buy “crowding gates/ panels”. They are heavy duty and can withstand a lot more pressure.

Walnuts Bojangles and Cascade’s Goldrush get to be together in the same pasture now that I am back from vacation. I can monitor Bo to be sure he is being accepted by the rest of the herd. No one should fight with Bo since he is so young. If they do, it will be short lived.
