One of my favorite loafs to make (and eat!) Is my French Onion Sourdough. Its a process, but I enjoy the journey. Tonight, slicing up these onions nearly did me in! These were STRONG! Lol. But the strongest onions make the best carmelized onions. Now to slow caramelize them to make some scrumptious bread!
