Sometimes we need a little reminder that goals take time and are worth the effort.
Keep your head up. Enjoy the little things. 🙂

Sometimes it’s too difficult to explain what you have in mind, so you doodle it!! It’s not the best rendition, but hopefully you can get the gist.

Most of our land is at a slope, so we had to dig into the hill behind the house for the kitchen addition. Behind the kitchen, the hope is for a stone patio with a fireplace, stove and sink for outdoor cooking. The wall planters would ideally be for growing herbs.

You’ll be able to enter from the mudroom or a stone archway between the house and driveway. 😍

If this happens, I know where I’ll be spending most of my time. 🤭

Sometimes you don’t have to do a full remodel to make an improvement. A little cosmetic work will go a long way!

We’re so happy with our guest bathroom in the mobile home!

Yes, we’re working on two homes at once (and another special project we don’t quite have a timeline in place to share yet). In case you were wondering, we are very tired and occasionally overwhelmed but still so grateful! 😅

The chaos.
The peace.

What have you grown so far?! Show off your hard work in the comments. 😊

We’ve been working each year to become better gardeners.
This summer has been tough on everyone’s garden with the heat and rain.
Regardless, we’re thankful for each little harvest. 🫶
