Now that Hinklebilly is officially retired and our busy event season is winding down, we're heading into one of our favorite times of the year...

**RECIPE DEVELOPMENT SEASON!** 😎

We're going to be working on some **NEW Hinklebilly products**, and we want a few people who are willing to be brutally honest with us. 😂

We're looking for **5 people to test EACH new product.**

And here's the fun part: **every new product will have a different group of 5 testers.** We're getting opinions from lots of different taste buds — not just the same five people every time.

# # # SO WHAT ARE WE WORKING ON?

🔥 **A HINKLEBILLY HOT LINE!**

We hear it ALL the time:

Well... we're listening. 😈

We're going to be developing new hot products for the people who like their Hinklebilly with a little — or a LOT — of kick.

We're working on new products for **all your grilling needs** — sauces, condiments and other good stuff to make your grill game even better.

We're also developing new products that will fit right in with the Hinklebilly products you already love.

In fact, the **FIRST new product on our development list is already in the works** — and it came directly from a customer request.

**Theresa West asked us for it over a month ago**, but during our busy season we simply didn't have the time to stop and develop it.

Then you tell us what you **REALLY** think.

Not what you think we want to hear.

If it's awesome — tell us.

If it needs more heat — tell us.

If it's too sweet, too spicy, needs more garlic, needs less vinegar, or you just plain don't like it...

That's exactly what we're looking for.

And if you don't like the product you're testing and **don't want that particular product**, that's okay! You can choose **a free Hinklebilly jar valued at $7 or less** instead.

We're not looking for professional food critics.

We're looking for **REAL people with REAL taste buds** who aren't afraid to give honest feedback.

Because before we put a new product on the Hinklebilly table, **we want to know what YOU think.**

# # # 🧡 THANK YOU, FRESH START FALL FESTIVAL! 🧡

Well... the rain certainly decided to join us yesterday! 😂🌧️ But even with the wet weather, we had a wonderful day at the **Fresh Start Fall Festival** in Madisonville.

And for those who may not know, this festival supports **Fresh Start Monroe County**, a local nonprofit working to help people in our community with **necessities and shelter**. That's a pretty darn good reason to come together and support a festival! 🧡

A BIG thank you to everyone who braved the rain, wandered through the festival, stopped by **Hinklebilly Homemade Goods**, sampled a few goodies, bought a jar (or several 😉), and took the time to say hello.

It means more than you know when you choose to support a small, local business — especially on a rainy festival day! 🧡

And a **special THANK YOU to Mike Dotson, Mandy Butera, and Mandy Huggins**, along with all the other volunteers who worked behind the scenes to make the festival happen. We know how much work goes into putting one of these events together, and we appreciate every bit of it! ❤️

And thank you to all the other vendors who showed up, set up, stuck it out, and made the day what it was. We're all a little crazy for doing this in the rain... but that's what makes festival folks special! 😂🌧️
