Did you know that HCAs and PAHs are compounds linked to increased cancer risk?

Salmon is a very healthy meal — so I don’t want to ruin it with a burnt pan or harsh smoke.

This video is a continuation of the previous one: I cooked salmon in the pan, and the pan after cooking tells the story.
No heavy smoke. No black burnt buildup.

That’s why I always choose ghee when searing salmon, and even steak: it helps me get a clean, even cook without pushing the heat into “burnt” territory, which is when those unwanted compounds are more likely to form.
